We currently ship within the U.S. only.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the method used, shipping generally takes approximately 3-10 business days after your package is shipped.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided on every order. Once your package ships, you will be able to follow it using the tracking information provided.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Return packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that return shipping include tracking information to ensure you are eligible for a refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns will be processed in 7-10 days upon receipt.

Can I exchange for a different item?

No, we are an online boutique.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Most of our stationery and some of our gift items can be ordered in bulk and we do offer discounts. Please contact us for more information.

Does Parker + Kay make the clothing sold on your website?

We do not make the clothing and accessories sold on our website. These items are carefully sourced from creative designers all over the world. Only the best quality items are sold on our website and all items are shipped to you directly from our shop in Pennsylvania.
